- M.I.A. announced that "Bad Girls" from the mixtape "Vicky Leekx" (which came out new year's eve) will be her next single. It'll officially be released on 1/31 with the video out the week after.
- Swedish artists colliding & making awesome music: check out Miike Snow's "Black Tin Box" which features the deeply haunting vocals of Lykke Li. The track will be on Snow's second album Happy to You, out 3/26.
- The Weeknd & Drake are currently in production for the video of "The Zone" from Abel's second mixtape Thursday. The video's director, Lamar Taylor already has credits for Drake's "Headlines" & "The Motto" videos. Here's The Weeknd's first official video for "The Knowing".
